We get so excited to make each piece and we want you to share that excitement! So, each piece is gift wrapped in our signature packaging unless otherwise specified.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped during our normal business hours Monday - Friday. Orders are created, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Please refer to individual listings for creation estimates. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping is a flat $4 on all domestic orders. International orders can choose their shipping choice at checkout.
Free shipping is only available for domestic orders over $50.
Please note that purchases are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
TRUNK STORE RETURNS
All trunk store purchases are final sale.
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase at all, please contact us at email@example.com. Online customers have 7 days, from delivery date, to return unworn jewelry for store credit. A store credit will be issued and it will not include any original shipping charges.
