Shipping & Returns

We get so excited to make each piece and we want you to share that excitement! So, each piece is gift wrapped in our signature packaging unless otherwise specified.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled and shipped during our normal business hours Monday - Friday. Orders are created, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Please refer to individual listings for creation estimates. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Shipping is based on weight on all domestic orders and can be chosen at checkout. International orders can choose their shipping choice at checkout. 

Free shipping is only available for domestic orders over $80.

Please note that purchases are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays. 

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

TIME FOR DELIVERY

Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery (for orders delivered to addresses within the United States). 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally with the exception of Canada. Delivery times will be longer than what is outlined above. Shipping prices are based on weight and destination. You will see shipping and delivery options at checkout. Please note that this shipping time can vary and may take up to 21 days for delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

 

TRACKING NUMBERS

All packages come with a tracking number which you will receive via email when your items ships. If an item is lost in transit and not delivered to you per the tracking number, I will send you a new piece and replace your item.

If an item is marked as "delivered" and is missing, I first suggest that you contact the postal office so they can formally investigate it. I also suggest that you check in with neighbors as sometimes a package can be delivered to the wrong home by mistake.  I am not responsible for items that have been stolen or missing once marked "delivered." As a courtesy, if this should happen to you, I will offer a replacement cost of 50% of the listed price on my website.

ONLINE RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase at all, please contact us at lynne@lynnique.com. Online customers have 7 days, from delivery date, to return unworn jewelry for store credit. A store credit will be issued and it will not include any original shipping charges.
