When to pick out your wedding day jewelry

I am going to be real serious here... Wedding planning is hard and stressful but picking out fabulous wedding day jewelry should be easy. I tell my brides to get the jewelry picked out early and here are a few reasons why...

3 Reasons to Pick Out Your Wedding Day Jewelry Early

Reason 1 - To make sure I can get your supplies on time and stress free, order early.

As a designer, I get stones and settings from all over the world. There are so many factors that go into making a custom piece. I want to make sure that I can get your stones and materials in time. Did you know that international shipping can take over a month to get something delivered? Also, many people do not realize how many holidays individual countries celebrate. Shopping early allows you to have the most amount of options available.

Reason 2 - To cross something off of your "to do" list.

As a bride, you have so many things to do. I get it. The list goes on and on. Wouldn't it be so nice to just cross one of those things off your list early? Relax while you can and take your time picking out your pieces. Picking out jewelry should be fun and stress free. Leave the last minute time crunching for something else!

Reason 3 - You can make sure you have the perfect look.

I always recommend trying on your entire look before your big day. You can make an appointment at your bridal dress salon and bring it all - the shoes, veil, hair, and jewelry. Try it all on and take pictures. Do you love it? Is something missing? Are you comfortable? When you get all these little details finalized early, it gives you time to change things up if it's necessary.
